This challenge is designed to strengthen reading fluency, comprehension, and confidence over 28 days.

How to Participate

Begin each lesson by watching the story video.
Listen carefully and try to understand the meaning before reading the text.

After listening, read the text aloud.
Focus on correct pronunciation, fluency, and understanding the story.

Complete the online comprehension exercises and record your reading within the set time limit.

Download the Challenge Calendar to stay on track and monitor your progress.

You may print the Kitabee Reading Challenge PDF if you prefer working on paper. All texts are also available online.

Every 8th day is a Prize Day.

Parents are encouraged to celebrate their child’s effort and progress with a small reward if all lessons and recordings are completed.
Adult participants are encouraged to treat themselves — a coffee, a book, or something meaningful — as a reward for their commitment.

Consistency deserves celebration!

Participants who complete the 28 days will receive a Kitabee Certificate in recognition of their dedication and improvement.
